Pile them on...

Elijah loves to pile ALL the couch pillows on Phil and it cracks me up every time...

My little girl has an abundance of hair (that sticks straight up in the back), so I found little clips that help the situation out a little bit...oh, did I mention, she started smiling last week?!

This one is a little blurry because she was moving, but I love that she's almost laughing!

Wallet Found = Fun Day at Lake Tahoe

Phil was at Men's Retreat this past weekend and while he was up there he lost his wallet at a gas station in Lake Tahoe. Luckily the CHP found his wallet so we decided to make a family trip out of it and go it get...

The weather was beautiful (a little chilly) and it was so nice to get out of town for a few hours. This was our first family outing since Savannah was born.

Lately, Elijah's favorite thing to tell me is, "Mommy, I can do it"...which includes everything from putting on his clothes to helping "wash dishes"...

We're going to look back...

...on these pictures when our kids are old and wish that they were young again (and probably that we were young again)...but most of all we're going to remember the how much fun it is to have great friends that are having kids at the same time...our children will grow up together and hopefully be friends for a lifetime.
